Standard Terms and Conditions
The specified prices apply to a reservation from 1 – 6 persons per apartment and day, final cleaning, bed lines, hand towels, bath towels, Internet connection and Wireless are included.
All taxes and costs are included, except the local tax (currently 1,90€ per day and person from 14 years on and is mentioned separately on the invoice.
Children under the age of 3 are free of charge
Each additional person pays 10,00€ extra
- Fresh bread service
- the apartments are bookable only for a minimum of 3 days
- cleaning during your stay (price on request)
- Garage 4,00€ per day, parking outdoors is free of charge
- On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 16:00 hrs on, on Sundays
- from 18:00 hrs on
- On the day of departure the apartment has to be free at 9:30
- If your stay is under a week we charge a supplement of 25%
- Dogs are not allowed
For the definitive reservation we ask you to transfer a deposit of €250,00 at this account:

In Italy credit transfer is only possible up to €999,00.
We accept cash for payments under €999,00, otherwise you are asked to make a bank transfer. Payment via credit or cash card is not possible.
Attention: After the transfer of the deposit and the sending of the booking confirmation your reservation is binding.
Conditions of cancellation:
Conditions of Cancellation conformable to art. 1382 ZGB: According to the Codex of the buying public the Right of Withdrawal is entitled to nobody, still we provide you a cancellation in the legal sense of art. 1382 ZGB: If you cancel your reservation up to 8 weeks before vacation start, you will get your deposit back, but we subtract €25,00 for arrangement fee.
From the 8th week on the deposit is lost.
In case we cannot rent the apartment to another family, up to the 4th week, we demand 80% of the total amount, and 100% up to the 1st week before vacation start.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the total amount.
Insurance in case of cancellation:
We recommend you to conclude the cancellation insurance “Roter Hahn” right after you completed your reservation, so your fees of cancellation can be covered and you can look easily forward to your vacation.
